Back in January I hit a deer with my vehicle! As you can see pretty extensive damage done to front end. As you can see from pictures of the damage. It the first time I have used Quality Auto body. I hit the deer on Saturday morning and called them on a Monday morning and by Monday evening they had tow at my house to tow the vehicle to there shop. Horrible communication! First contact with staff, Addy, was very professional and courteous. Waited 2 weeks, I had to call to find out they received my quote, accepted my job, and were waiting for parts. The job would take 5 days. I waited 7 days. Had to call again to find out parts needed to be reordered, and the job would take 5 more days. Finally the job is done and the work looks great, even detailed my interior. The best Auto body shop in Minnesota. Easy to work with and Addi kept us informed of our vehicle every step of the way. I would recommend this shop. Hands down, it's the best!
