I dropped my car off there because it wouldn’t start. I was told I needed a new battery. Purchased the battery about two months later I got my car back car still didn’t start after begging for my car back. I brought it to Firestone and they mentioned I needed a new battery purchased the battery and my car is now running great. I’m not sure why I got charged for battery and wasn’t provided a battery or what was being done with my car for the two months.
