My initial review wasn't clear enough and the owner's response was polite and appropriate so I've updated it here with the entire interaction: My son's truck broke down as he was passing Quality Auto on a Saturday night. We were grateful for where his truck gave out and that he was able to pull into their lot. They were closed the next day(Sunday). If I could give 100 stars I would! I found myself in a scary situation this afternoon and without hesitation this shop helped me - the the close of business no less! I could not be more grateful! They found a new loyal customer in me
Can't comment on their mechanical abilities because their customer service is so bad that I chose to go elsewhere for service. They don't answer their phone consistently during business hours and don't respond to voicemail. Very poor first impression/interaction.
Quality Auto gets an A+ for honesty and expertise. We’ve brought all 3 of our cars here for everything from state inspection, to battery and electrical issues, to tires. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and never overcharge or try to get you to pay for service you don’t need. Plus they are the nicest, friendliest people.
Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Jim was recommended by a friend.
