I have had a few “new to me” QAD products in the past and just got a used bow with a QAD rest from about 2018. The rest didn’t come with a containment bar and I couldn’t find one anywhere for sale because of it being an older model. I called QAD and in 5 minutes after talking to Crystal at the reception desk and then getting transferred to Jonathan with sales (I’m pretty sure I got there names right?), they were sending me a new containment bar in the mail completely for free. I have had my QAD ultrarest hunter since 2009 and it has never given me an issue. I think I miss knocked an arrow and it kicked up and broke the capture bar. I looked online for a replacement and found none. I emailed QAD and they're sending me one free, no shipping, no pictures, no receipt, no hoops to jump through. There is no telling how many arrows this rest has seen!!! The fact their doing this for me speaks volumes for this company! In a throw away world they still build quality products! Thank you very much!

They are very friendly and helpful when you're dealing with warranty repairs.
