Called Friday at 2pm and waited for a return call. Appt made for Mon between 3-5pm. Gave them make, module and issue with dryer. **Buyer beware** My fault for not asking ahead of time - Service call was not emergency but charged $180. The part replaced was $25. I would like to have a response back why the service call was so much money? We are elderly seniors over 65 watching our pay. Yes, maybe $100 or $120 for a service call. Had my circuit board go on my GE dishwasher, and was faced with a decision to try to order one online, buy a new dishwasher, or try local. I called Quality, not only did they have the part, but it was half the price online competitors had it for, And I could pick it up that day! I brought it home, replace the part, and my dishwasher is running, I could not be happier. A+
