The owners have bent over backwards to help me. In addition, I was offered an immediate repair on another appliance that I purchased from Quality Appliance. But as always seems to happen, that appliance "fixed itself" at least temporarily. Kind of like a problem with my car, but when I visit the mechanics, the problem disappears. Thank you Owners!
They carry Speed Queen and have most models in stock so no need to wait. We knew what we wanted but the salesman gave us a quick rundown on things. We were in and out in less than 15 min.
The best part of my experience was the delivery drivers. They was the most knowledgeable friendly and helpful guys.
The worst customer service I've ever received! The guy had no desire to help. Was rude as could be. I walked out pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service. My business will go elsewhere from now on Thanks for a terrible experience.
