The best remedy for bad customer service, and a business that doesn't stand behind what they sell is to never return. We have bought new appliances to replace the crap we were sold. I would give a zero for customer service.
The owners have bent over backwards to help me. In addition, I was offered an immediate repair on another appliance that I purchased from Quality Appliance. But as always seems to happen, that appliance "fixed itself" at least temporarily. Kind of like a problem with my car, but when I visit the mechanics, the problem disappears. Thank you Owners!
They carry Speed Queen and have most models in stock so no need to wait. We knew what we wanted but the salesman gave us a quick rundown on things. We were in and out in less than 15 min.
The best part of my experience was the delivery drivers. They was the most knowledgeable friendly and helpful guys.
