They carry Speed Queen and have most models in stock so no need to wait. We knew what we wanted but the salesman gave us a quick rundown on things. We were in and out in less than 15 min.
The best part of my experience was the delivery drivers. They was the most knowledgeable friendly and helpful guys.
The worst customer service I've ever received! The guy had no desire to help. Was rude as could be. I walked out pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service. My business will go elsewhere from now on Thanks for a terrible experience.
I had a great experience purchasing a Speed Queen washing machine. The staff was knowledgable and answered all my questions. The 2 Technicians who came out were personable and efficient. Nice job, Quality Appliance!
Called 10-6-23 to request service call for dryer. Was told servicemen would call to set appointment. Today, eight days later on 10-14 still haven't received call.
