I would avoid doing business with this company. (I know they have lots of 5-star reviews here...but check out their 2-star average on Yelp.) EDIT: The company responded to my review below. Their response seems to focus on (1) defending the technician's age / experience level, and (2) defending the recommendation to just get another new part, then jabbing at me with "We are sorry that the part you purchased was defective." Adam was amazing! Very informative, he took time to explain all the different functions and what the issue was. He came out for a warranty service on our new washer but due to his exemplary service I kept a fridge magnet and we will be calling you in the future.
