Max came and did a great job! He got our washer working and cleaning well again in no time.
Crazy experience. I had a new speed queen delivered to my house that was malfunctioning. I called to ask what the cost was for them to send out repairman. I was told speedqueens are under warranty for 7yrs so there is no cost. Turns out the door was broken and they recommended I return and exchange for new one which I did. They just called me several weeks later and told me that I owe them $130. I told the I had been told I owed nothing. They said no it’s $130.
