Adam was great! He was on time, polite, and explained everything very clearly. He got my microwave working in less than an hour since he had all of the parts on his truck. I would definitely recommend this company.
I have used Quality Appliance in the past and have been very pleased with their work. I called with a new problem and was, again very happy with the experience. They got me.on the schedule quickly. Robert, the technician, came on time and was personable and easy to work with. We discussed options and got the problem resolved in good time. I will continue to use Quality Appliance for my repair ans service needs.
