Adam was wonderful to work with. He was able to come out the same day that I was contacted about the warranty work on my washing machine. He called before coming and arrived on time. He knew exactly where to look and was able to diagnose and fix it the same day. The washing machine is now running better than ever. I highly recommend Adam, if you have washing machine problems. He was very easy to work with, Informative and respectful. My washing machine was under warranty so I did not pay for the service today.
We have worked with this company for decades and have always received great service. Today, we had our washer looked at and Robert, our technician, was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.
