Awful service. Technician came unprepared and was obviously incompetent. Refrigerator was found in the worse condition after he tried to repair it. The worst part is when I called and notified their manager (Jim), he refuse to provide any help and said, I quote "I am washing my hangs of this" . Great logo for a service company not to deal with! I reported a consummer complaint against them with the better service bureau.
