Highly recommended! I called and the guy came out the very next day. They gave me the minimum price for the initial service call over the phone, so there were no surprises. The guy seemed very knowledgeable. He basically figured out the problem with my dryer over the phone, and he brought the part he needed with him when he came so I didn't have to wait for the part to come in and have the guy come back a second time. It was nice to have it all done in one shot. He told me what the problem was, what he would need to do, and ... read more
The Repair man was wonderful. He called me back within minutes of my getting his name. He was able to order the parts and put them in as soon as he had them. I recommend him highly.

Have been using Quality for the last ten years. They come when they say they will be there and he knows what he is doing and always tells you what it will cost before he repairs anything. He has even called me at work before he will fix it to get my approval.
