Had a washer switch go bad, he had one and called me at address where he was doing a job and sold me the part. Very prompt and good to work with. Thanks Russ
They repaired our dishwasher, but only after comparing repairs costs to buying a new one. They want to make sure you’re spending your money wisely. It ended up being a different part than originally determined. They preferred the second part and came right back to finish the job. They stuck to their original quote, despite an unforeseen issue. They communicate well, are friendly, do good work and I highly recommend them. I referred them to my parents, and they are very happy as well.
