Jade and Nancy are truly amazing landlords! I honestly wish I had discovered them earlier in my undergrad. My apartment was spotless when I moved in, the location was perfect, and everything was top-notch!
Jade and Nancy have made my first rental experience amazing for me and my roommates. The location is great and they are very nice and easy to work with, would recommend to any student!!
I’ve lived in their cute duplex for a little over 6 months now! Great space, cleaned well before move in as well as a well maintained back yard and deck. It’s been a refreshing experience to deal with a landlord that is understanding and as helpful as they have been! Anything I’ve need fixed would be fixed within the week. They take care of lawn and snow removal! I would 100% suggest anyone to live here! If we were to stay in this area we would have 100% resigned our lease.

Never in my 10 years of renting have I experienced anything like I did renting from Quality Apartments. Highly unprofessional and genuinely scary to live in a house rented by them, given the lock is a keypad with a password they have. Ex: They could see the LENGTH of my front window curtains from the road while "driving by" (its not a full length window... did not take much thought to recognize they were clearly looking through my door).
