I had a great experience with Quality Aluminum Products. I needed to replace a dented sand beige downspout extension, and they came highly recommended because of their wide selection of colours. Although they let me know my original colour had been discontinued, they went above and beyond to find the closest possible match. I am leaving this 1 star review because of the customer service I have experienced from Devon. I have been to QAP multiple times because they produce great work but the unprofessional attitude I have been subjected to by Devon is inexcusable at this point. He’s incredibly rude, not helpful, speaks down to me. I was SHOCKED to learn that he’s the owner’s son. Absolutely shocked. No paying customer should feel humiliated by the worker. The respectfully crew arrived right on time and was incredibly efficient, completing the full repair. Quality Aluminum did a great job repairing soffit damage on our home. They came out quickly after we called and provided a very reasonable quote, much better than the other outrageous quotes we got. The work was completed asap and they provided us with ongoing updates with photos. The finished job is seamless and blends in perfectly with existing aluminum. The workers were friendly and professional. Quality Aluminum is definitely the company to call if you need work on your home’s aluminum. Highly recommended.
