Great company and excellent customer service
Tay was able to answer all of our questions when it came to our HVAC system and went step by step with us on the process of doing a duct cleaning. When he arrived he was very professional and courteous with areas he was working on. Very close attention to detail and gave recommendations where needed. Pricing was extremely fair compared to other companies I’ve looked into which made my decision to work with Tay and Quality Air US for this service a lot easier. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
After the air duct cleaning, there was no noticeable improvement in air quality, and dust accumulation continued, indicating an incomplete or poorly done job.
The service was overpriced for the level of quality provided, with additional fees added without prior disclosure or justification.
