My Dryer vent were clogged which caused my ceiling leak constantly. Tay was very professional and compassionate. He accurately diagnosed the problem and understood the urgency. He tried very hard to fit me in for service right away even though he had a very busy schedule!! He went above and beyond to help me other issues in the house. I’m very grateful that I found a reliable, quality service!
Easy to schedule dryer vent cleaning, quick and on time service, courteous, explained process, left area clean and showed job done with video. Respectfully covered shoes before entering the house without being asked. This is my second time scheduling service with them as the first time few years ago was great. Didn't disappoint me. Will call for other services when needed. Tay was great.

I hired this company to clean the air ducts in my home, and I’m extremely disappointed. The team arrived late, barely spent any time inspecting the ducts, and left a huge mess behind. After they left, I noticed dust still coming out of the vents. It’s clear they did a rushed job just to take my money.
I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, and the crew never showed up. When I called, they promised to send someone the next day, but they canceled at the last minute without explanation. Such poor customer service!
