Nice professional people that do a legit professional job. Would definitely re hire.
I hired this company to clean the air ducts in my home, and I’m extremely disappointed. The team arrived late, barely spent any time inspecting the ducts, and left a huge mess behind. After they left, I noticed dust still coming out of the vents. It’s clear they did a rushed job just to take my money.
I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, and the crew never showed up. When I called, they promised to send someone the next day, but they canceled at the last minute without explanation. Such poor customer service!
They quoted me one price over the phone and charged double after finishing the work. They claimed additional ‘hidden fees’ were necessary. I felt completely ripped off and misled.
Terrible experience. The technician was unprofessional and didn’t wear any protective gear. They claimed my ducts were clean, but just a week later, my allergies worsened. I feel like this was just a scam to charge for a service they didn’t actually provide.
