The tech side of the operation is great. Knowledge techs that are easy to talk with about what's going on with equipment. The office side doesn't seem as Knowledge and often do bare minimum communication. They get your information down but then dont follow up to tell you any information about your appointment or repair status as far as when a tech should be by, schedule you a time or if the parts for your unit have even come in so you can prepare. The techs just show up to fix it.
