I had an excellent experience with Quality Air Specialists. Daniel was very responsive and easy to work with to arrange changing out a new heat & A/C system for my parents. All the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The service provided to my mother seemed on the up and up until she got a second opinion only to find out that the compressor on her AC was shot and instead of fixing that, they charged her 900 to replace her reversing valve which wasn't the issue. Id suggest against utilizing this company for your AC. Scam artists.
Quality Air Services installed a new AC unit in my home last year. They did a great job. I have been very happy with my purchase. Today, two of their technicians came to my home to perform the first maintenance on my unit since it was installed. The two technicians, Doug and Luke, inspected my system and performed some minor adjustments to make sure it was working at peak efficiency.
