We were very happy with our experience the unit has been a headache since installed but the tech (Bo ) is a very systematic troubleshooter and fixed my problem which probably was created when installed.. I want to point out there honesty about parts and there great rates on labor. I don’t know why the original installers missed this and it got away from me since we are seasonal but did have them do maintenance checks but not until now with this repair did I find out just what’s been going on..Kimberly kept me posted all thru... read more
The installers of my air was by a middle of florida company! The had to return about a 15 months after that because of no air cooling. It was determined that A coil was bad and had to be replaced……wouldn’t cover under warranty! Next I was dumb enough to sign up for a maintenance program and they checked it a year later tech said it was low on refrigerant and spotted a small amount of oil near condenser but just said it will be ok! Now in year 3 I called Quality Air for a checkup And he said about a pound low but you got oil ... read more

I was referred to them by a friend who uses them and I needed some work on my old unit ....VERY honest... did the right thing and got me going ...When the time came I used them for a brand new system ...great price and service ....installer and his son did an beautiful job and took their time for a clean install...I would definitely recommend !!!!!!!
I appreciated Quality Air Specialists installing our new AC unit. Daniel Provided estimates and explained the benefits of each type of unit. The installers were polite & answered our questions. They worked hard & did a good job installing the heat pump & made a new platform for the air handler. Our AC is cooling the home well now.
