Quality Air Services installed a new AC unit in my home last year. They did a great job. I have been very happy with my purchase. Today, two of their technicians came to my home to perform the first maintenance on my unit since it was installed. The two technicians, Doug and Luke, inspected my system and performed some minor adjustments to make sure it was working at peak efficiency. Called Saturday morning at 8:30 because their google site says open 8-6. Got a message they are closed.
Another great job by Quality Air
Appreciate this company's staff customer service and response. Our AC system stopped working o. A Sunday afternoon, naturally. We called Quality Air, and unfortunately, the on-call tech was already swamped with calls for service. He was kind enough to suggest a quick fix, but it didn't work. The tech had us placed on the schedule for Monday. By mid morning, Doug showed up to fix our system. He fixed our system quickly and was very pleasant to speak to. Thank you quality air!
