Gas Heater unit not working. I called Quality Air at 11am. 90 MINUTES LATER, Rob pulls up in a Quality Air truck. He quickly targeted a capacitor gone bad, replaced it, and my unit was up and running like new five minutes later. TOTAL COST, parts & labor, was $155 and he was gone by 1pm. In other words, I called Quality Air for help, and 2 hours later the problem was fixed. Add yet another story of amazing service by Quality Air.
Called at 11:30a and had someone at the house around 12:30.
Had an issue with a new smart thermostat that I had installed was not sure if it was something I did or not the correct one. It kept shutting off after a few seconds. They came out on time said everything was good with my thermostat and checked my condenser and handler said everything looked good found a small clog in my drain and that was it. Very reliable and trustworthy would highly recommend. Thank you again Daniel!
Your home isn’t a place to list as a business on Google Map’s unless your property is zoned for commercial use. By doing this you are potentially misleading consumer’s, who might believe your home is an actual business. If people aren’t free to park and walk through the front door, as you would at any business, then it should not be listed on Google Map’s.
Our ac went out last night, several friends referred us to Quality Air. Called this morning and they said a tech would be out between 12 & 4. Mervin was here by 2:00 and ac working & cooling the house quick. Professional, curtious, clean work by tech and very fair priced. We will now recommend for Quality Air for sure.
