They were on time, completed the job on time and priced as they had quoted. Will use them again.
Would of been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lady answering the phone, each time I called to schedule my appointment she had a attitude and the second time she told me she was going to call me back and never did two days later I finally called back and spoke to her again and she was attitude again and was upset that I asked for an in person estimate vs the one they provide over the phone. Very easy to schedule the work. Arrived on time. Were very professional, careful, and clean. Highly recommend them. We have used them for dryer vent and HVAC cleanings.
The technician, Jamal Crosby, showed up right on time, did a good job and was very personable. I look forward to seeing him again when I need help from Precision.
