Mori Lavo & team were incredibly professional, thorough, and helpful during the mold remediation and duct cleaning process. They really walked us through every step as it was my first time doing it, and made sure to cover all furniture and vacuum after themselves! Mori and team were amazing. Mori took and showed me picture of the dirty state of all the vents and explained how the team would clean. He was very patient and answered all questions. He was very detailed and went beyond the call of duty to help us switch out the dryer vent to a flexible one and sealed it nicely. This was for my elderly parents’ new place and Mori was so kind and patient in explaining things to them. Now everyone in the building wants to use Mori!
