Original review ~2021: Had our old gas ducted heating system replaced with a brand new high efficiency system with multi zone controls. Performance is fantastic. The team at Quality Air Conditioning and Heating went above and beyond to design the new system to meet our needs, did a great job during install and ensured our satisfaction at every stage of the process. I have evap AC still under warranty but had a problem that the cool did not work. And I managed to get Quality Airconditioning to check. I was very impressed with the technician who came by the name Zac, he is a very lovely gentleman , very knowledgeable , very efficient, working very thorough. I would definitely recommend him. These menarrived on the same I called for serviceto fix my air conditioner when it broke down in the heat of summer. The repair was efficient and prompt, and the outcomewas outstanding.
Absolutely atrocious! Based on the 5 star reviews we decided to get some information on a new Evap system which was installed by quilting air conditioners, the experience has been nothing but horrific. Like most ppl we decided to get a Evap before summer hits last year. At the beginning the team was great and effectively communicated with us assuring us quality control and a guaranteed product with effective cooling.
