I started out calling them for an idea of how much it would cost to rebuild the transmission in my wife’s 2006 ford explorer. Mickey told me 1300 to 2000.00. I then had the car towed there. Sat for a few weeks ( about 6) then he calls me and tells me, after he test drove (supposedly) that it would be 2300, and he knows exactly what’s wrong with it. Then he calls back and says 2600. Terrible quality, terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible scheduling, and they will not stand behind their work. We dropped my son's truck off when we were instructed. They kept it for 9 weeks just to rebuild the transmission. When we picked up the truck it had shift issues. We were told it needed to be driven a few days to relearn the TCM and ECM. The problem with that is there is diagnostic software that does that immediately upon completion of the rebuild or replacement of a transmission. We took the t... read more
These guys do amazing work. If there is something wrong with your vehicle they. They rebuilt my transmission for my 18 Silverado had a slight problem they took it off my hands and made it right. Definitely recommend these guys
