In 2023, we bought a house that had DKS equipment installed by QACS 20+ years prior. Everything was still running beautifully until a couple of weeks ago. Quality Access Control installed a new gate opener and 2 new key pads for us. They installed all new underground wiring, re-hung the gate for better ground clearance provided a wi-fi connection system so we can open and close the gate from our cell phones. Really happy with my new system.
Everyone here is so welcoming, kind, and extremely helpful. I purchased a new battery for my gate in doing so the gate reset and slammed against the rock ledge we have. This caused the gate to no longer open or close. I called them and they tried their best to help me resolve the problem on the phone. I was unable to get it fixed over the phone and they said I could bring the board and relay in and they could test it for no charge. They quickly found the issue and fixed the problem. My initial experience with them was positive (they adjusted my gate) but after calling them about an estimate for repair work they said they would have to charge $140 to send a technician to come look at it. I figured they would treat their customers better.
