Put us in a dangerous situation, and refuses to return our phone call We paid Quality 1st to install a new axle on our travel trailer. The axle supplied was one that “their guy made”. After only a little over 6 months of use the axle broke its welds and began rotating in the shackles, causing the electronic break wires to disconnect, and causing a very dangerous situation.
