I had a wonderful experience! Justin was my advisor. He came out and explained the best options to deal with my concerns. I had a tight timeline and they were able to make it work. They did a fantastic job! Quality 1st was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend them myself.
After some issues with the initial installation, Quality First Basement sent Jonathan and Faustino to review the situation. Jonathan understands customer needs really well. He identified the issue immediately and ensured that the sump pumps are at right levels to cater to the high water table.
