The team that arrived was very professional and polite. They explained everything in terms I could understand and communicated with me through the whole process. I would 100% have them come back for any additional basement projects I ever needed.
My experience with Quality 1st Basements was exceptional. The technician was able to figure out the dynamic of returning my concrete to the same appearance as it was 18 years ago before my concrete slabs started shifting and heaving. Very happy with the result and will recommend Quality 1st to everyone.
