I was deceived by this business! Bait & switch! I hired them because I had water in my crawlspace. I paid close to $5,000 to get the work done. I was promised I will never have any water issues again…. “I will have peace of mind” Months later I found my crawlspace was flooded! Sump pump was going off nonstop couldn’t sleep! My house is on a Downhill, I had a 30‘ x 12’ wall block foundation that completely buckled ! These guys came here Calmed my wife’s heart Because she was TERRIFIED, We have three children, one with special needs in the house. So for any husband/ Father In that situation is going to have a very hard time convincing his wife at the house isn’t going to fall when I was scared myself. Quality 1st Basement provided my yearly service on sump pumps and humidifier. The service tech was respectful and kept me updated on any issues. I have been using them for many years and will continue to use this company going forward.
