Can confidently say this is the best car repair shop in town! I went in due to a HORRIBLE experience at Mavis across the street and I am so happy I did. The team was extremely kind, knowledgable, competitively priced and HONEST. So glad I found them and will continue to go to them for all my car repair needs!
The starter in my car died so I called around, Quality 1st was the only place able to take my car immediately and they had it back to me within a few hours. Their towing department arrived to my house within 20 minutes of calling. Great service!

We travelled from Ohio to see my daughter and her family on Staten Island. Our car broke down when we were almost there. A friend recommended this place and I couldn’t be happier. They checked everything and fixed only what it needed at a very reasonable price. And they had us back on the road in less than a day! I highly recommend them.
