Chad came to our home to give us requested estimates on lanai repairs. He stated he would email the estimates. After 2 weeks we had not heard from him. We reached out with 2 voicemails and an email through their website and never heard back! Completely unresponsive and unprofessional. We'll find another business that's willing to take our money.
TERRIBLE customer service!!! Mr. Chad has a nasty attitude, and comes across as if he's doing YOU a favor. I'm not going to rush to do your $350 job; when I have million dollar job's, he says. We asked via text messages; phone conversations AND via email to provide pictures of our house/before/during/after pics of work; to which he agreed! Afterwards; We received 5 after pics only.
