Bought a Chrysler 300 from Brian in November 2020, paid cash for what turned out to be a complete nightmare of a lemon! Now after thousands of dollars invested into this vehicles repairs including a new engine, like the review of the boat, they never completed title transfer and will not contact me or answer calls( send me to voicemail) and I can’t even get my tag renewed! Definitely stay away from this place at all cost!
I got a boat through a man named James and he asked me to go to his place of business (this business) to finalize the paperwork and get the title transferred. A year later I still do not have the title for the boat. I have tried calling and texting James and leaving a message with Quality 1 Auto and have yet to hear back. I took the paperwork that I had to the tax collector and I can’t get the title because it isn’t even titled to Quality 1 Auto or James. It is titled to some auction company.
