The owner lack communication. He gave us no information how to care for the countertop. Very hard to reach except when I leave voicemail to pick up payment.
One star because you have to give something. I bought my condo in 2020, 3 years ago. The kitchen had new cabinets. Within months the cabinets started peeling. The owner of the company came and inspected and said they were faulty and he would replace them.He took measurements and said he’d get back to me. I called several times and never heard back from him. It’s been 3 years! Horrible service. Not professional.
Gerardo and his team were amazing to work with! They finished on time, did not go over budget, were able to do all of the little extras I wanted and were very professional. Our job involved removing a wall, installing new flooring, painting the entire downstairs, installing a gigantic island, hood vent and intricate tile. It turned out fantastic!
