We had issues right at the beginning of our engaging with the company. Getting the window installed took forever after taking half payment up front. Now two and a half years later when the seal between the outside and middle panes on a three pane window is gone, they want to charge for the labor to install a replacement. Up front, we were told the warranty included everything, windows and service, but now it seems the service warranty was only for two years. How convenient.
