I had a very poor experience with this company. They are a 3rd party company that supports my 401k through American Funds. I was attempting to make a hardship withdrawal from the 401k. I provided a mortgage statement that showed my mortgage was 44 days past due. At 80 days the mortgage is reviewed for foreclosure. Apparently, my mortgage that was 44 days past due was not in danger of foreclosure.... The advice I was given was to not pay the mortgage and wait for the next statement?
