Working with Jon was a great experience - he was very communicative, including daily check-ins, updates, and making sure that we really understand what's going on, what the process is, and what he recommends we do next. As first-time home buyers, we were naturally nervous and overwhelmed, but working with Jon was the best decision we made. Throughout the process, we faced several unexpected challenges, but Jon was always there for us.
