Had a very bad cellulitis infection in my lower left leg. The BethesdaNorth Wound Care Center was just fantastic in caring for that infection!! Very excellent assistants,nurses and Doctors!!
Took my kid to ER at western Ridge saw a doctor for a collective 8mins the nurses and other staff were wonderful- QESI charged my insurance $600 for the single dr visit- I was responsible for $200 of that - called for an itemized bill because how the hell is less than 15mins of work 600 bucks - I already paid 1200 to the hospital for the room and other services xray etc... they claimed they sent me the itemized bill , call back a month later requested itemized bill again sure sent it again- still never received it instead th... read more
Incorrectly billed my insurance 3 times after an ER visit in March 2021. I called, emailed and wrote letters with the correct address to send the bill to. The representative I was speaking with often trying to correct the issue would yell and hang up the phone. Just got hit with collections on my credit score over 3 years later and had to open an investigation with my insurance company. Hire better medical billing staff.
This is the third time this medical contracting company has billed me *without first running it through insurance.* They are billing patients within days of ER visit, assuming most patients will believe the bill reflects submission to insurance, and just send them money. Be aware, while they have great ER docs *contracted* by a GOOD hospital (Good Sam Western Ridge.) It's their billing that is suspect at best. The doctors at Western Ridge/TriHealth are usually great, it's not their fault ... I imagine the doctors aren't awar... read more
Somehow have a $600 debt in collections from 2018 that didn’t show up on my credit report until June of 2023. Funny thing is, I’ve never been here. Dispute after dispute and can’t get it resolved.
