Seems like a surprise billing scam company. Many online complaints and complaints through the BBB have people saying the same number, they suddenly owe $888.00. This reeks of scam. It also reeks of scam since the statement says specifically to not call the hospital, but call a different number instead. The mailing address for the bill is in Chicago IL. Went in back in April and got my bill not long after. My insurance processed the bill and provided a substantial discount but it was not reflected on the bill I got. When I called them, they said they didn't have any insurance on file. I find that very odd since I gave it when I at the hospital and the bill was already processed by my insurance. . .
