They provided a spectacular move-out cleaning service. The apartment was spotless
Melanie and I scheduled a cleaning service and once the cleaners arrived, they realized they were unable to clean the unit. Melanie said she spoke with the owner and after a couple of days, they decided to refund the deposit to us. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism and if/when the opportunity comes again, I will definitely call them as well as refer them.
We had a great first time deep clean! Will be using again.
