It was a bad connection in the wiring on my old thermostat and it took the guy approximately an hour to replace it with a new one, and he made sure I knew how to program it before he left.

Repair took approximately 2 hours which I thought was ok as they had to replace a faulty capacitor and verify the system completely. It's been a week now and the A/C works fine since they put it in.

The repair took about two hours, which seemed acceptable since they had to replace a broken capacitor and thoroughly test the system. It’s been a week now and the A/C has been working fine since they came out.
