I’m new to the area and so glad I found this place. The staff is welcoming, the salon smells amazing, and my pedicure was heavenly.
Tom did an amazing job on my dip nails — smooth, shiny, and perfect thickness. It’s been two weeks and they still look new!
The salon is spotless, the vibe is so relaxing, and everyone is incredibly friendly! I left feeling refreshed and so happy with my nails.
I don’t believe this place is sanitary. I have gotten nail fungus in 2 of my finger nails. I have never had this issue before at other places. I was in Qualicum for a wedding, am not from there and decided to get my nails done right before the wedding. Now that the acrylic nails are removed my nails look GROSS, destroyed and fungal…plus staff was rude
UPDATE/EDIT: 5 star review now a 2 star. Came in and seen a different tech. Language was a barrier, something as simple as asking to see the samples again was a struggle. Nails were cut WAY TOO SHORT, to the point that I bled. There was very basic service and based on what they charged Im guessing they gave me the lower service instead of the service I actually booked because his next appointment had arrived early or maybe he was confused.
