Total lack of respect for customers. Makes an appointment for you to come then no shows, with no way to contact. Very unprofessional.
Incredibly rude. Talked over me. Laughed at me while walking away. Told me my ring was a mess and that is it was his prerogative to refuse my business. This was all within under a minute conversation. My issue wasn’t in the fact that he couldn’t do it. It was his total lack of respectful communication and customer care. I see I’m not the only one that had this issue. It’s reflective in his 2.8 rating.
