Dr Nancy and all the staff at QBAH are amazing. Acupuncture has been a game changer for my Tethered cord border collie and his reactivity is almost gone! She has also started working on my senior GSD mix and she is seeing amazing results too. They are raw food advocates and i never feel pressured into anything. Highly recommend!
No proper communication between staff. The liaison/assistant between the vet & lab technician seems to drop the ball every time. They put your dog through hell. Twice in a row, they did the wrong blood work. They lie about having talked to the vet. Vet was clueless.
I am very grateful to have found Dr.Nancy Lois. Chinni has improved dramatically since Dr.Nancy started accupuncture. Now I recommend Dr.Nancy to anyone with a pet so they too can benefit from her expertise & genuine compassionate care.
