My experience with Quli care has been a good one. I met with the companies CEO Çindy, she asked all the right questions about my family member that needed support as they are on the Autism spectrum. I was looking for activityr companionship outside of the home. Qulicare was able to find the right match and I was very grateful for the efforts that was made as it was somewhat complex. I'm glad to have found Qulicare service.

Qualicare was overseeing the care of my elderly mother. My mother had recently lost her husband and was grieving and trying to adjust to life without my father. Throughout the whole transitioning process, Qualicare (Liana, Beverly-Ann and the PSW's assisting) were kind, considerate and patient with my mother. I called Qualicare late one evening after my mother fell and ended up in Emergency. She was going to spend the night on a gurney alone in a hallway, and I was desperate to find someone to stay with her as we were all exhausted. I reached Liana at Qualicare and she was so helpful! She found a PSW quickly and arranged for him to stay at the hospital that night. I would like to thank Qualicare for providing us with excellent service and support over the past few months. Liana was professional, caring and supportive. Also, a special thank you to the caregiver, Faye, for taking care of my 98 year old mother with dementia, with patience, compassion and understanding. This past weekend we used the service of Beverly from Qualicare to help a family member in a wheelchair get to where we needed to go, and we had the best experience. Beverly was patient and kind and strong and helpful and sweet and she did a fabulous job!! We will definitely be in touch next time we need her help!
