Being insured with Qualchoice has been a great experience all around but their customer service, especially Krissy, is second to none. GREAT experience, I had to call Qualchoice to activate a new online registration and Ashley was very helpful, polite and was able to get my issue resolved immediately. Very pleased with how quickly I was helped.
Suzanne is who I always have interaction with. She goes above and beyond. I really like that I can text her with problems or concerns and know that I will always get a quick response. It is nice to have someone local to speak to!! Keep up the good work. QualChoice is a great option for Medicare needs.
