Extremely professional staff. Case Manager is hands on and provided excellent communication and follow-ups. Aides sent were quite knowledgeable and helpful.

On the first day of service, I waited 1 hr and the Aide did not show up, nor did she call. Only after I contacted the Agency to let them know, did the Aide finally call. There was some sort of mix up. Not off to a good start. The next 4 weeks was the same pattern, always with some sort of excuse. I felt like the agency was stringing me along. If you're not able to provide service be honest and say so. I am on FL LTC program with Medicaid.
