I accidentally found this place because I needed a quick polish change. Needless to say they have a customer for life! Philip and Hana are amazing!
Owner does nice work but has very poor customer service. Doesn’t return calls and doesn’t treat clients with respect. He seems way too stressed out to handle owning a business. He keeps the door locked so as not to be bothered with anyone who wants to come in to possibly make an appointment. There is no receptionist. He doesn’t accept phone calls; he says “text me” but he doesn’t answer his texts. When I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment; he shooed me away and wouldn’t open the door.
