The work is maybe above average quality for what I've experienced in the area...but Jim is incredibly condescending and rude for absolutely no reason. I spoke with the front desk lady on the phone, she said my truck needed front brakes to pass inspection, so naturally I asked her if it was just pads or if I needed more parts.. she said "Jim the owner is right here I'll let him explain it."
