Amazing experience here. Steve is so great and really cared about my truck's issues. He and his team took the time to look over my truck and fix the problems needed. He is honest and has great prices. Definitely will be coming back here.
I had a number of vehicles serviced at Qual-a-ty over the past 16 years and it's always a pleasure. Mechanic is very knowledgeable and doesn't mind taking the time to explain what he doing. Pricing is fair and customer service is top notch!
Just had my transmission leak fixed Wednesday 11/6 and it is now Friday 11/8 and my transmission hose wasn't put on properly and it popped off and leak a bunch of transmission fluid

I went in to see about a tune up on a Chevy vehicle that has a LT1 engine. Most shops are not familiar with the engine or simply won't touch it. I asked if he was familiar with the engine and he got his panties in a bunch telling me he's been in business for over forty years. He also gave me the impression that he didn't think I had the funds for it. So I took my $2500 cash in my pocket and left. Still looking for that knowledge base and professional manner. Too bad.
