Great service! Neal was awesome! Very professional.
We’ve had these windows for 11.5 years and have had numerous issues- the seal from the factory is poor (feel air when the wind blows). Now the rubber seals are dry rotted and failing. Only thing worse than their product is their customer service. Unfortunately we have some 40 of their windows. Never would I recommend these windows.
We just got Quaker Windows's Manchester series put in, and honestly, we're so happy with them! Right from the start, the team was super helpful. The quality is seriously impressive – you can feel how solid and well-built they are.
