Ok, how about that I had never owned a pool, and went to them for advice, they did a water analysis for me, told me what chemicals I needed, which was \$60, I put these in my pool, the exact way they told me, and within minutes, my pool water looked like brown sewer water!! Nice way to spend \$60 that I really couldnt afford to begin with. That was yesturday. I am on my way back there today, to see if they will remedy the problem, or refund the money I spent.
Jerry is slow and will drive you crazy,... DO NOT TRUST HIM. We have been waiting since Sept 2010 for him to finish his work. Seems trusting so paid him when I know better!!! Still not done. Per him doing new projects instead!!!!Were to be here bfore Memorial day.... No Showed. too busy on new projects... Will post again... DO NOT USE THEM!!Still - incomplete No cover- Trust for no parts!!, NO resultss!! Call 724 494-2977 for details!!!
We bought our pool 18 years ago from Jerry and I find them to always be very helpful . The folks whom have worked there for a number of years know their stuff. When Olivers in Wintersville was telling me one thing and charging me \$\$\$ Quaker said bull crap you dont need all that and I didnt! Jerry and his crew put in a new liner 3 years ago and while they were putting it in one guy noticed a slight scratch in the liner plastic. Quaker is a great business to deal with. We didnt purchase our pool there, but they still are very helpful & courteous whenever we have any questions. They dont try to PUSH products on you that you dont really need and their prices are very competitive too! Would recommend highly!
