We have been going there for many years now and love it! The physicians are attentive and take time to listen to all concerns and questions. I receive follow up calls from the office every time I see an ER or urgent care facility. Billing has been good. My only suggestion would be to improve their phone system. I often times hear "there are 12 callers ahead of you..." And spend many minutes on hold.
Too many patients, terrible service. You put your faith in a group of physicians in hopes of confidentiality and care...I received niether. Very disappointing.
Very unprofessional office. Starting at the reception window and continuing with the provider(s). The entire staff needs a brush up on HIPAA regulations. We take our kids there bc my wife has been a patient for years...mistake. As soon as we can find a new pediatrician, we'll be gone too. Very poor communication, return calls and forget EVER speaking to a physician.
