Office gives false information. Something shady is going on with the waiting list
My review reflects my experience with applying for an apartment in this building and my waiting list experience after being approved. The building itself seems very nice, clean, peaceful but be aware that if you apply and you are under the age of 62 you may be on their waiting list for an undetermined amount of years because of their elderly preference. I'm in my 50s with a disability and have been on their waiting list for almost 3 years with no light at the end of the tunnel for when I may actually get an apartment there. ... read more

The people that live here are disrespectful
That place is FILTHY AND NASTY!!! My fathers apartment is FULL OF MICE!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE THERE!! I have asked what is being done! Was told they’ll be sending maintenance to his apartment with mouse traps!! WHAT GOOD IS THAT if you’re not patching the holes up from where they are coming from!!!! My father is handicapped and has had several strokes and is operating with one side of his body!!! I guarantee YOU if it was they’re parents they wouldn’t be in this situation!!!
