First of believe every single review u see about this place and try to avoid at all costs!! Starting with the person at the guard shack! Nasty attitude rude disrespectful pathetic sad ! It was raining so hard she had me waiting by the window and she took her sweet time to ask about my ID than told me to brake the seal and bring it to her when I said that I needed a bolt cutter she said ( i don’t have it and u figure it out just if you want to get unloaded) and she shut the window 🤬 She needs to get fired immediately for rea... read more
This facility operates strictly by appointment. If you arrive even 15 minutes early, you will be turned away. Lady at the guard is very rude and unfriendly. There is a notice posted at the entrance stating that the estimated loading time is 4 hours and unloading is 3 hours. Keep this in mind. I do not recommend this facility to other drivers.
Lady at the guard shack was nasty! I had a bolt seal and I asked for some bolt cutters to remove it. She said I’m the one wanting to get unloaded not her, and next time she would refuse the load for not having bolt cutters. Thankfully the yard man came and removed it and had no problem with it. Never delivering here again.
Slow very slow 5 hours and still waiting
