I have taken my cats to Quailwood for more than 14 years. The receptionist service has always been pretty bad, but the doctors cared so much for my cats that it was worth it. Recently, my cat has had digestion issues, painful for her and difficult messes for me. Probiotics were given and diet was changed. No help. Took her back, Covid meant no in person visit which is completely understandable. But the same diagnosis was given and the same treatment.
