I’ve called both of their numbers over and over again the last few months. They never pick up and dont respond to voicemails. 5 months later, still waiting for my holding fee to be deposited back into my account.
Crappy company. Do not apply here. If you are denied, they do not return the $300 deposit. We have tried calling many many times I've even called corporate (5th avenue) it's apparent that they do not care! Now it's time to report to BBB and longmont colorado city government.
*** update to my previous review. The current staff is doing a great job of evicting people and making this place a nice place to live. The current garbage is them getting rid of people. Nice to see. Hopefully the management pays the staff their worth so they stay. Changing my rating and will stay. Happy to see the changes. Still some work for them to do. **** I would give a zero if I could. Garbage and dog feces everywhere, all the time. Drug paraphernalia on the kids playground. Do not move here. Will move out asap.
