We booked a room over a month in advance to attend a wedding in town and reserved an accessible room with a roll in shower and 2 queen beds and verified 2 q beds and roll in shower at time of booking and called and confirmed room specifics again a wk out. Each time mentioning my husband and I would be staying with my 90 yr old mother who has difficulty stepping into a reg tub/shower combo. Horrible. Booked a stay at the Quail Springs Inn and Suites, OK. On the second day there we went in the morning to book another night at the front desk and the woman working the desk accidentally put the wrong room number and then proceeded to charge us twice at two different rates stating that “she really shouldn’t take her allergy meds at work” because apparently it affects her decision making. We recently stayed at the Sleep Inn in Quail Springs and were disappointed with our experience. As Platinum members, we stay at the Sleep Inn and Suites South in Tyler, TX, every week, where the staff is always exceptional. The rooms at Quail Springs were nicely renovated, the bed was very comfortable, and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice.
